Who we are

This site, stgeorgeelectricpro.com, is St. George Electric Pro, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. St. George Electric Pro is a referral service: we connect homeowners in Washington County, UT with independent, licensed electrical contractors. We are not an electrical contractor and do not perform electrical work. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean St. George Electric Pro and AuthenitcBrand, LLC.

What information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a match, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, street address or ZIP code, city, the type of electrical help you need (for example an emergency, a panel upgrade, an EV charger, or a repair), and a description of the problem. If you call a phone number published on this site, we receive your phone number and the call details described below.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site or search that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through the cookies and similar technologies described below.

SMS opt-in data and text messages

If you give us a mobile number and check the consent box on our request form, we collect and store that number, the fact that you consented, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and the page you submitted from. We keep a record of the text messages we send you and your replies, including any STOP or HELP reply. We keep this information to deliver the messages you asked for and to show that you consented. Checking the box is optional; you can submit a request without it.

No mobile opt-in data or consent will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the specific independent electrician needed to fulfill your request, and is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in this policy.

How we use your information

To match your request with an independent, licensed electrician whose service area and scope fit it, and to give that electrician what they need to contact you about it.
To send you service messages about your request, such as confirming we received it or telling you which electrician will contact you, by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you gave.
To keep records of your consent and of our communications with you.
To run, secure, and improve this site, including learning which guides visitors find useful.
To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Because this is a referral service, fulfilling your request means sharing it. We share your contact information and request details with the specific independent electrician (or, if the first cannot take the job, the next one) we match you with, for the sole purpose of that electrician contacting you about your request. That is the only routine sharing of your personal information we do.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with anyone for marketing purposes.
We use service providers that host this site, run our forms, phone numbers, and customer database, and send messages on our behalf. They process information only to provide those services to us.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect against fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

The electrician you are matched with is an independent business. Once they have your request, their own privacy practices govern how they use it; ask them if you have questions.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic site operation and for analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether a visit led to a call or a request. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. We do not show third-party advertising on this site and do not sell data to advertisers.

Calls and call recording

A phone number published on this site may be a tracked number that forwards to us or to a matched electrician. We log call details such as the calling number, date, time, and duration. Calls may also be recorded for quality and to confirm what was requested. No recording is in place until a live number is published on this site.

Utah is a one-party consent state for recording communications (Utah Code § 77-23a-4), which means a call may lawfully be recorded with the consent of one party to it. We do not rely on that alone. Where recording is enabled, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, say so, hang up, or use the request form instead.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you give us, including encrypted connections to this site and access limited to the people and services that need it to handle your request. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep request information and consent records for as long as we need them to handle your request, to show consent, and to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs. After that we delete or de-identify them.

Your rights and choices

Stop text messages: reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help.
Access, correct, or delete: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We will honor the request unless the law requires us to keep something.
Stop other contact: you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you about anything other than a request you have in progress.
Sale of information: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children’s privacy

This site and its referral service are for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
