Who runs this site
St. George Electric Pro is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. It is a referral service for homeowners in Washington County, UT: St. George, Washington City, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, and the unincorporated communities around them. You tell us what electrical problem you have and where, and we pass your request to an independent electrician who covers that area.
We built it because the usual way of finding an electrician in a fast-growing area is slow and opaque: calling around, leaving voicemails, and getting quotes with no way to tell whether they are reasonable. The guides on this site are meant to fix the second half of that problem even if you never request a match.

What this service is not
St. George Electric Pro is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners in the St. George, UT area with independent, third-party licensed electrical contractors — we do not perform electrical work ourselves. Always ask to see a provider’s Utah electrical contractor license number and verify it directly with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing before hiring.
We do not quote jobs, dispatch crews, supervise work, or guarantee anyone’s workmanship. We work with electricians who report holding a Utah electrical contractor license, but we do not verify every license ourselves, which is why every page asks you to check. The license verification guide takes about two minutes.
How we are paid
Homeowners never pay us, for a match or anything else. Independent electricians may pay us for the referrals they receive. That arrangement does not change what the guides say: cost ranges come from the dated sources listed on the cost guide, and the licensed electricians comparison profiles real local companies based on what they publish about themselves, with no paid placements.

Prices from dated sources
Every cost range on the site comes from one data file built from 10 named, dated sources: national 2026 cost surveys plus St. George-specific data points. Ranges are current as of September 2026 and scheduled for a full recheck in March 2027.

Licensing checked at the source
Licensing information is read from the Utah Division of Professional Licensing’s own public lookup. Where we could not confirm something on a live state record, we leave it off the page rather than guess.

Local facts carry dates
Weather, utility, and code details cite where they came from and when. When sources disagree, as they do on which edition of the electrical code Utah currently enforces, we say less rather than pick one.

No invented social proof
No star ratings, review counts, testimonials, or “trusted by” numbers we did not generate. No company pays to appear on the comparison page.
Local detail is where most sites in this category fall down, and where we try hardest. Washington County is several different electrical environments at once: city-owned utilities, a cooperative, an investor-owned utility, different building departments, and one city with its own outdoor-lighting code.
